The Operations & Supply Chain Intern will support key activities across procurement, production planning, logistics, EHS, Quality and/or operational process improvement. This role is designed to provide hands on experience in end to end supply chain operations while contributing to efficiency, data accuracy, and workflow optimization.The Operations & Supply Chain Intern will support key activities across procurement, production planning, logistics, EHS, Quality and/or operational process improvement. This role is designed to provide handson experience in endtoend supply chain operations while contributing to efficiency, data accuracy, and workflow optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with data analysis related to inventory, supplier performance, production schedules, or logistics metrics.
- Support sourcing and purchasing activities, including vendor research, quote comparisons, and purchase order tracking.
- Help update and maintain supply chain documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing waste, improving cycle time, or enhancing service levels.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Operations, Procurement, Quality, EHS, R&D, Finance) to support daily operational needs.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing operational insights or project results.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors or master's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and comfortable working with data.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Interest in supply chain processes, logistics, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a team environment.
