Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble product components (frames, panels, shelves, hardware, and accessories) according to blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions.
• Perform electrical wiring and basic electrical component installation (e.g., harnesses, switches, power units) following schematics and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
• Understand dimensions, tolerances, symbols, and layout specifications to ensure proper fit, alignment, and function of components.
• Use hand and power tools (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, nail guns, wire strippers, crimpers) safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Verify measurements using tape measures and other tools to ensure assemblies meet blueprint requirements
• Perform fitting, sanding, alignment, and hardware installation as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor assembly or wiring issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Identify and report discrepancies in drawings, materials, or instructions to supervisors
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with safety and 5S standards.
• Report defective materials, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality protocols.

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing/production floor with exposure to noise, tools, and electrical components.
• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing assembly, cabinet assembly, woodworking, or similar role required.
• Experience with electrical wiring and component installation strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to read tape measures and verify dimensions accurately.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
