The Opportunity
This is a build-and-scale leadership role.
You will work directly with ownership and have the authority to:
- Drive company growth and profitability
- Build and lead a high-performance team
- Implement systems and scalable processes
- Establish Titan Pro as a leader in the ServiceTitan ecosystem
Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Revenue
- Drive top-line growth and overall profitability
- Build scalable sales and marketing strategies
- Expand client acquisition and recurring revenue
Operations
- Implement systems to support rapid scaling
- Oversee service delivery and ensure strong client outcomes
- Establish structure, accountability, and performance metrics
Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and lead a results-driven team
- Build a culture of ownership, speed, and execution
- Align all departments around clear KPIs
Strategy
- Identify opportunities within the ServiceTitan and home services market
- Strengthen Titan Pro’s position as a top consulting partner
- Drive long-term growth and market expansion
What Success Looks Like (12–24 Months)
- Significant growth in revenue and client base
- Scalable systems implemented across operations
- Strong leadership team in place and executing
- Recognized authority within the ServiceTitan ecosystem
- Improved profitability and operational efficiency
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on ServiceTitan experience (REQUIRED)
- Proven track record of scaling a business, division, or operation
- Strong experience in operations, sales, and growth strategy
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- High ownership mindset with a focus on results
$95,000 – $120,000 base
performance bonuses + equity opportunity
Overall earnings can exceed $250,000
