Responsibilities:

• Supported the Maintenance Supervisor in enhancing department efficiency, facility conditions, and overall grounds upkeep
• Diagnosed and repaired equipment issues promptly, collaborating with team members as needed
• Completed assigned preventive maintenance tasks efficiently and within established timelines
• Installed and bent conduit up to 2 inches, including EMT and rigid conduit systems
• Installed, replaced, and repaired motor control components such as contactors, overloads, relays, and limit switches
• Troubleshot and maintained controller programming systems
• Accurately completed required documentation, reports, and maintenance records
• Collaborated with cross-functional supervisors to optimize operational performance across departments
• Coordinated with subcontractors to ensure projects were completed on schedule
• Collaborated effectively with maintenance staff and cross-functional teams to support operations
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in the maintenance field

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Tech School/Vocational Training preferred

Required Experience:

• 1+ year of experience working on die-casting machinery
• Computer literate
• Understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings
• Understanding of factory equipment (furnaces, heaters, ladles, hoists, time saver, air compressors, sump pumps, exhaust fans, vacuum systems, welding,) and reparation
• Must be able to communicate in English
