About the role:

Work Schedule:

This is a full time, onsite position. Hours are Monday-Wednesday 7:30AM-4:30PM and Thursday 8AM-4:30PM . We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Primary Tasks:

  • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, high-end front desk experience
  • Schedule surgical and medspa appointments while managing daily patient flow
  • Handle patient payments, financing options, and reward points with accuracy and care
  • Manage incoming leads, follow up with prospective patients, and support conversion efforts
  • Present memberships, monthly promotions, retail products, and treatment options to patients
  • Prepare, review, and explain treatment quotes; assist with patient education on procedures and FAQs
  • Coordinate surgical consult follow-ups and collaborate with clinical staff on pre-op documentation, medical records, and patient communication (including pre/post-op instructions, prescriptions, and follow-up materials)

Additional tasks:

  • Clean and restock clinic rooms as opening and closing duties
  • Set up provider rooms for specific treatments
  • Scan medical records
  • Work company hosted events (usually no more than one per quarter)
  • Take patient before and after photos
  • May be asked to numb patients if they have a medical assisting certification

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (med spa or high ticket sales preferred)
  • Strong communication skills with an attention for detail
  • Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
  • Medical Assistant Certification is an asset
  • Proficiency in Spanish is also an asset

Compensation:

Salary starting at $25/hr with commission based on membership and retail sales
