Earn & Learn to become a Nurse Aide with FREE Nurse Aide Training on Oahu!

The Position:

We're looking for passionate Nurse Aides (NA) to help us with providing nursing care and services to residents, which include personal and restorative care and activities of daily living.

• Ohana Nurse Aides orient residents to the unit and facility: Bathroom, call system, shower schedule, activity calendar, and lanai/common areas; informs of meal schedule and snack times.
• Nurse Aides respond to resident calls, call bells/lights, and alarms immediately. Responds to family requests. Informs Charge Nurse when required.

Free Course Instruction with Full-time or Part-Time Employment:

• Course schedule to commence June 29, 2026- August 21, 2026, classes held on Monday & Thursday, 5-9 pm.
• Duration: 8-week program with in-person instruction.
• Location: Honolulu, Hawaii.
• Course instruction provided by Academy for Healthcare Innovation.
• Work as a Care Assistant may run concurrently with Nurse Aide Training Program. Work at The Villas, Honolulu, will commence following program completion.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of Hawaii Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Scheduled Prometric exam within 120 days of hire.
• Commit to one (1) year employment as a Full-time or Part-time Nurse Aide/Certified Nurse Aide.
