30 Hours Per Week | Evening & Weekend Schedule
Pay Rate: $19.68/hour + $2.00 Weekend Differential

Available Schedules:
House 1:Saturday 8a-8pSunday 8a-8pWednesday 3p-9p; Friday 3p-8pHouse 2:
Saturday 9a-11p
Sunday- Monday (Awake overnight) 10:00p-9:00a
Thursday 3:00p-8:00p
What You’ll Do
As a DSP, you’ll provide hands-on support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with daily living skills and personal goals
- Supporting cooking, laundry, and household tasks
- Providing personal care assistance
- Administering medications
- Transporting residents to activities and appointments
- Encouraging independence, community involvement, and meaningful experiences

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 current points
- Computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Willingness to complete all required trainings including DDA trainings, CPR, First Aid, and Medication Certification
Physical Requirements:
This position involves assisting individuals with mobility and personal care needs and requires the ability to:
- Lift and assist with transfers
- Stand, bend, push, pull, and reposition individuals as needed
- Safely assist with wheelchairs, lifts, and transportation supports
