We are seeking an experienced Legal Intake Specialist with direct experience working with U.S. law firms or legal clients. This role suits professionals familiar with U.S. legal standards, client expectations, and intake procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first contact for prospective U.S. clients via phone, email, text, and intake platforms.

• Conduct structured legal intake interviews in English and Spanish, following U.S. law firm standards.

• Gather, review, and document client information accurately in U.S.-based case management systems.

• Perform initial case screening to determine legal eligibility and next steps.

• Schedule consultations with U.S.-licensed attorneys and manage follow-ups.

• Explain U.S. legal processes, timelines, and documentation requirements clearly.

• Identify urgent or complex cases and escalate to legal staff appropriately.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. confidentiality, ethical standards, and privacy rules.

• Collaborate remotely with U.S.-based attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Experience with U.S. law firms or U.S. legal clients.

• Knowledge of U.S. immigration law and general legal matters.

• Understanding of U.S. legal intake workflows, terminology, and client expectations.

• Excellent client service skills with professionalism, empathy, and cultural awareness.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple intakes.

Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Legal Intake Specialist, Legal Assistant, or similar role supporting U.S. law firms.

• Familiarity with U.S. legal documentation, intake compliance standards, and confidentiality rules.

• Ability to align work schedule with U.S. business hours.
