  • Strong understanding of the US market access ecosystem, including payers, PBMs, IDNs, and policy-driven reimbursement frameworks.
  • Experience translating healthcare policy changes into actionable access and commercialization strategies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and commercial teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, compelling messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
  • Preferred: 10+ years of experience in market access or marketing, oncology experience (especially oral oncolytics), and familiarity with portfolio-level positioning strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $201,000 to $251,000 USD
  • Competitive cash compensation structure with performance-based elements
  • Equity awards as part of the total rewards package
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Strong emphasis on learning, development, and career growth opportunities

  • Exposure to cutting-edge RAS-targeted oncology programs and late-stage clinical development
