This senior leadership role sits at the forefront of cloud, security, and AI-driven transformation, responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategy across North America. You will lead a high-performing presales solution architecture organization, driving both commercial growth and technical excellence across complex enterprise engagements. The role combines full P&L ownership with strategic sales leadership, focusing on scaling managed services through next-generation AI-enabled platforms and cloud ecosystems. You will work closely with global hyperscaler partners while guiding teams that design and deliver end-to-end cloud and security solutions for large enterprise clients. This is a highly visible position requiring both executive-level commercial acumen and deep technical credibility. You will act as a transformation leader, accelerating the shift toward autonomous, AI-orchestrated managed services. The environment is fast-moving, globally connected, and centered on innovation at enterprise scale.
Own and drive the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for cloud and security solutions across North America, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and revenue targets.
- Full P&L responsibility for the presales and solution architecture organization, including budgeting, forecasting, investment prioritization, and profitability optimization.
- Lead pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and large-scale deal support to accelerate enterprise cloud and security growth.
- Define and scale repeatable, high-impact solution offerings across cloud platforms and security services, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities into managed services, advancing autonomous and human-orchestrated delivery models.
- Lead technical solution design governance, ensuring architectural integrity, cost efficiency, and strong alignment with client business outcomes.
- Manage and develop a global, matrixed team of solution architects, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-performance execution.
- Act as a strategic liaison between sales, engineering, product, and partner ecosystems including major hyperscalers and technology providers.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives, modernizing delivery models and improving competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving market.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business required; MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in cloud, security, or IT services leadership roles within global systems integrators or enterprise technology organizations.
- Proven track record in go-to-market leadership, solution sales, or presales management with full ownership of revenue and P&L performance.
- Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with relevant certifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, managed services, and security transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, global teams in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability, and delivery excellence.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments with a strong “owner mindset.”
