We are hiring a Part-Time Floater to support our classrooms in the afternoons.

This role is essential to keeping our classrooms running smoothly and meeting required child care staffing standards. As a floater, you’ll move between classrooms to provide coverage for breaks, transitions, and daily needs—supporting both children and teaching staff.

🕒 Schedule Options:

• 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
  or
• 3:00 PM – 6:15 PM

• Step into classrooms as needed to support teachers and maintain proper staffing ratios
• Provide attentive, safe, and caring supervision for children of various age groups
• Assist with daily routines including playtime, transitions, snacks, and clean-up
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
• Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families
• Support classroom activities and jump in where help is needed

• Someone who is reliable, flexible, and enjoys working with children
• Positive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• PDIS Level 1 (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous childcare experience is a plus, but not required
