In this role, you will act as the primary driver of customer implementation success for a leading ERP software platform serving manufacturing and retail businesses. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring new customers and existing clients successfully adopt, integrate, and optimize complex business systems. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, support, and sales, as well as external clients at all levels of seniority. The position requires a strong balance of structured project management and analytical thinking, paired with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language. You will own multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes customer success, operational efficiency, and platform adoption.
- Lead end-to-end customer implementation projects, including new client onboarding, system upgrades, integrations, and feature deployments, ensuring delivery from initiation through go-live.
- Conduct discovery sessions, gather and document business and functional requirements, and translate customer needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reporting using project management tools, while facilitating stakeholder meetings and executive updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, support, and sales teams to ensure alignment, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
- Oversee integration requirements such as EDI/API mappings, data flows, and third-party system connectivity, ensuring accuracy and feasibility.
- Support testing and validation activities, including defining acceptance criteria and guiding user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
- Manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle, proactively communicating risks, progress, and solutions with professionalism and clarity.
This role requires 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a hybrid of both, ideally within a SaaS, ERP, or technology implementation environment. Candidates should have strong experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders, along with proven ability to gather requirements, structure documentation, and deliver successful implementations.
- Experience managing end-to-end software implementation or onboarding projects in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong ability to conduct discovery sessions, define requirements, and produce clear functional and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both executive stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of system integrations, including EDI, APIs, and data exchange concepts.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, GuideCX, or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; certifications such as PMP or CBAP are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate adaptability, and maintain strong customer relationships across complex engagements.
