Senior Product Designer at Jobgether – India

In this role, you will define and shape the end-to-end user experience for a next-generation intelligent neobank across mobile and web platforms. You will be responsible for turning complex financial systems into simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences that empower users to manage money more effectively. Working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders to design and ship high-quality consumer-facing experiences. The role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on execution, requiring strong ownership of design outcomes. You will also help establish a scalable design system and premium visual language that elevates product craft across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to influence how intelligent financial products are experienced at scale.

• Lead end-to-end product design for mobile and web experiences, including onboarding, transactions, account management, and settings
• Design interaction flows for intelligent financial features such as automation, chat-based actions, and personalized recommendations
• Create intuitive UX patterns for proactive financial insights, predictions, and optimization tools
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system and premium visual language across platforms
• Prototype rapidly and collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality production-ready designs
• Simplify complex financial workflows across multiple systems while ensuring clarity and usability
• Conduct user research to gather insights, validate assumptions, and guide design decisions
• Translate qualitative and quantitative user feedback into actionable product improvements
• Continuously raise the standard of craft, usability, and visual polish across the product

• 3+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products
• Experience working as a solo or early-stage designer in a fast-growing startup environment
• Proven ability to independently ship real, production-level products
• Strong capability to simplify complex systems into clear, intuitive user experiences
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, layout, hierarchy, and motion design
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams to build and ship products
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end design outcomes
• Currently working in a product-focused organization
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
