We are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing and painting industrial machine parts and equipment to meet quality and durability standards. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial coating, surface preparation, and working in a manufacturing or repair environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare machine parts and components for painting
  • Apply industrial coatings, primers, and finishes using spray equipment and other methods
  • Ensure proper surface preparation to achieve high-quality adhesion and finish
  • Inspect completed work for quality, consistency, and compliance with specifications
  • Mix paints and coatings according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain painting equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe condition
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of hazardous materials
  • Collaborate with technicians and team members to meet repair timelines and production schedules
  • Assist with material handling and movement of parts as needed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of industrial painting experience preferred
  • Experience with spray guns, airless systems, and industrial coatings
  • Knowledge of surface preparation techniques (sandblasting, grinding, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience painting large industrial equipment or machinery
  • Forklift or overhead crane experience (or willingness to be trained)
  • Pre-employment background check & drug screening required
