  • Lead executive-level engagement with channel partners, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions and resolve complex customer or partner issues.
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and utility industry trends to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Support major negotiations, capture planning, and strategic deal execution to secure key business opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and forums to strengthen visibility and partnerships within the utility ecosystem.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or business development, ideally within the electric utility or energy sector.
  • Strong understanding of utility markets, distributor ecosystems, and the bid/procurement process.

  • Experience in value-based and consultative selling, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level engagement.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $116,000 to $170,000.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan and financial security benefits.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Career development programs and access to learning platforms.
  • Exposure to innovative energy and grid modernization projects.
