- Drive outbound prospecting activities using phone, email, video, and social channels to engage target e-commerce brands and generate qualified leads.
- Identify, research, and qualify prospects to create sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives to advance and close.
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadence and structured outreach plans to maximize engagement and pipeline generation.
- Develop strong product and industry knowledge to confidently handle objections and position value to potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and support overall revenue goals.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and daily workflows to improve performance and conversion rates.
- 1+ year of experience in a high-energy, customer-facing or sales-oriented role (e.g., retail, hospitality, service industry, or direct sales).
- Strong comfort with cold outreach, including phone-based communication and proactive prospecting.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects clearly and confidently.
