We are currently hiring a full-time Yard Hand/Labourer to join our Dawson Creek team.

We are currently hiring a full-time Yard Hand/Labourer to join our Dawson Creek team.
As the Yard Hand/Labourer, you are responsible for:
- Accurately and efficiently preparing rental equipment for customers
- Testing equipment and showing customers how to operate equipment as required
- Overseeing the secure and accurate loading and unloading of equipment
- Performing routine checks on rental equipment to ensure it is safe and in good working order using the rental tagging system
- Inspecting returned equipment for damages and fuel and reporting immediately to counter
- Ensuring that yard and shop is neat, organized, and safe by putting equipment in proper locations and ensuring that debris and snow is cleared
- Preparing records of incoming, outgoing, or damaged equipment as required per Rentco procedures
- Washing and fueling equipment
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude
- Ablity to work efficiently both independently and as a part of a team
- Ability to communicate in writing and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to learn to operate material handling equipment, including forklifts
- Competitive wages ($20.00-$22.00/hr.)
