We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support national tradeshows , conferences, sponsorships, and brandawareness initiatives across our global team. This role blends project management, logistics coordination, and strong crossteam collaboration. If you're energized by fastpaced environments and event operations, this opportunity is for you!

What You’ll Do Support planning & execution of national tradeshows, conferences, and sponsorships Manage event workflows, timelines, and tasks in Wrike Maintain event portals + submit required materials to organizers Keep event documentation organized and updated Generate project plans, status updates, and progress reports Collaborate with internal teams & external vendors Track budgets, process invoices, and maintain financial accuracy Identify improvements in event and sponsorship processes Attend trainings to stay current on department and industry best practices

What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or similar Strong organizational skills + exceptional attention to detail Clear, professional communication skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fastpaced environment Experience managing budgets or invoices Proficiency with Microsoft Office + projectmanagement tools (Wrike) Event, tradeshow, or sponsorship support experience
