Group Product Operations Manager, Strategy & Central Ops

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Group Product Operations Manager, Strategy & Central Ops in United States.

This is a senior leadership role at the heart of a fast-scaling product organization, focused on shaping how products are planned, built, launched, and continuously improved across the company. You will define the operational backbone that enables Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support teams to work in alignment and at scale. Acting as a system designer and strategic operator, you will build the processes, rituals, and tools that ensure execution clarity and consistency across the product lifecycle. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on operational leadership, requiring someone who can translate vision into scalable systems. You will directly influence how information flows across teams and how product decisions are made and communicated. It is a high-impact opportunity to shape the operating model of a global, rapidly growing technology organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the core operating systems, processes, and cadences that support the product organization at scale.
  • Define and evolve end-to-end product development workflows, including planning cycles, launches, and review mechanisms.
  • Translate executive strategy into structured execution frameworks such as MBRs, planning models, and company-wide product updates.
  • Build and maintain tooling, dashboards, and workflows that enable visibility, alignment, and efficient product execution.
  • Establish standards for product documentation, artifacts, and team rituals to ensure consistency and quality across teams.
  • Own internal product communication frameworks to ensure cross-functional teams clearly understand what is launching and why.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Support, Engineering, and Product leadership to streamline collaboration and reduce operational friction.
  • Lead change management efforts for new systems and processes, driving adoption and measurable operational improvements.
  • Manage and evolve the Product Operations tool stack to optimize efficiency and decision-making.
  • Lead and develop a team of Product Operations managers, elevating execution quality and shifting the function toward proactive system design.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar roles in technical environments.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling product development processes or operating cadences in complex organizations.
  • Strong ability to design systems and workflows adopted across cross-functional teams at scale.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Support stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, influence without authority, and drive alignment across teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build clear, executive-ready narratives and documentation.
  • Comfort working with data, dashboards, and tools to improve visibility and operational performance.
  • Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation ranging from approximately $162,000 to $233,000 USD depending on location.
  • Eligibility for equity in the form of restricted stock units in certain roles.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and wellness benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer contributions (eligibility-based).
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and flexible vacation policies.
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage.
  • Life insurance and additional employee protection benefits.
  • Remote-first work environment within the United States.
  • Inclusive, diverse workplace culture with strong emphasis on collaboration and growth.
