This role sits at the center of a high-performance VIP engagement environment, focused on elevating customer experience while driving revenue growth through strategic player development initiatives. You will lead a team responsible for delivering premium service to VIP customers, ensuring strong relationship management and proactive sales execution. The position combines people leadership, performance coaching, and data-driven decision-making to optimize engagement strategies and customer value. You will work closely with analytics, marketing, and operations teams to refine reinvestment programs and improve operational efficiency. A strong focus is placed on building scalable processes, enhancing service quality, and driving measurable business outcomes. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric, and performance-driven environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Player Development and VIP hosting team, providing coaching, feedback, and performance management
  • Drive key VIP sales and engagement metrics, contributing to revenue growth, customer retention, and market share expansion
  • Oversee customer relationship strategies to ensure exceptional service delivery for VIP and high-value players
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to monitor promotions, reinvestment programs, and reward initiatives through data insights
  • Support the design and execution of sales training programs to enhance team capability and consistency
  • Manage escalation processes, working cross-functionally to resolve complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution
  • Contribute to process improvement and compliance initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and service quality
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize team performance, customer engagement, and revenue outcomes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing environments
  • At least 3 years of experience managing and developing sales or customer-facing teams
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Solid understanding of customer engagement, VIP management, or sales-driven service models
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-oriented environments
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required state gaming licenses
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations effectively
