Operating in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven environment, you will help build resilient supplier ecosystems for mission-critical infrastructure. This is a highly cross-functional role with direct impact on delivery performance, system reliability, and long-term supply chain scalability.
You will manage end-to-end supply chain activities for controls-related categories, ensuring reliable sourcing, procurement execution, and supplier performance across complex industrial and software-integrated systems.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for EMS, SCADA, PLCs, networking hardware, sensors, and control systems.
- Lead supplier selection, qualification, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management activities.
- Oversee supplier relationships, performance monitoring, and corrective action processes to ensure quality and delivery standards.
- Manage demand planning, inventory strategy, and long-lead procurement requirements in coordination with operations teams.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules to support production and deployment timelines.
- Partner with engineering teams on specifications, integration requirements, firmware control, and system compatibility.
- Support compliance with UL, IEEE, NEC standards, and cybersecurity/firmware documentation requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, supply resilience, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate brings strong supply chain expertise within industrial, electrical, or energy-related environments, with the ability to manage both technical complexity and supplier ecosystems.
- 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or sourcing, ideally within industrial, energy, or electrical systems.
- Experience working with control systems, hardware/software integration, or mission-critical infrastructure components.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, forecasting tools, and supply chain analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, operations, finance, and quality stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in cost modeling, TCO analysis, and risk assessment.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks and industry standards such as UL, IEEE, and NEC.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Competitive salary with annual performance-based bonus eligibility
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match
- Paid time off and company holidays
- Professional development and career growth opportunities
- Remote-first flexibility (EST/CST preferred)
