Job Description

As an Employment Professional, you’ll empower adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) to succeed in integrated community employment. You’ll use your strengths in communication, coaching, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building to help individuals discover their abilities, learn job skills, and maintain successful employment.

You excel at helping others learn, grow, and succeed. You can:

  • Oregon Intervention System (OIS)
  • First Aid & CPR

This role involves a mix of office work, community visits, and on‑site job coaching. You should be comfortable with:
