Platinum Care Group is hiring a compassionate and dependable male caregiver (Polish-speaking preferred) to support a client in a home setting. The schedule for this role is Thursday through Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (overnight shifts). This position focuses on supervision, safety, and hands-on support for a client with mobility limitations and communication challenges. The ideal caregiver is patient, attentive, and experienced supporting high-acuity clients while providing consistent overnight care and monitoring.

What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight supervision to ensure client safety and well-being
- Assist with mobility and repositioning as needed due to limited movement on one side
- Support activities of daily living and provide hands-on care as required
- Monitor during meals or intake as needed, following safety precautions
- Provide companionship and reassurance throughout overnight hours
- Maintain a calm, structured environment to support comfort and routine
- Observe and report any changes in condition, behavior, or safety concerns
- Coordinate with the care team and follow all care plan guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Caregiving experience preferred (training available)
- CNA or HHA certification a plus
- Polish-speaking required/preferred for communication support
- Male caregiver preferred for this role
- Experience with high-acuity or neurological challenges in clients strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation for travel within the Chicagoland area
- Ability to pass a background check
