🎓 We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven Instructional Designer to create impactful e-learning content to drive employees' knowledge, performance, and engagement.

🎯 Main tasks

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

✨ Design and develop interactive online courses and learning materials

✨ Create engaging presentations, videos, and interactive exercises

✨ Apply instructional design principles to maximize learning outcomes

✨ Build immersive learning experiences that captivate your audience

✨ Develop storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts

✨ Collaborate with SMEs to shape meaningful, high-quality content

✨ Organize and maintain course documentation and project files

🌟Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience developing e-learning content

✔ Advanced English (90%+ written and verbal)

✔ Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel for data analysis)

✔ Experience with tools like Rise, Adobe Captivate, KnowBe4, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver

✔ Basic knowledge of HTML and Flash

✔ Strong critical thinking and project management skills

✔ Creative mindset with attention to detail

✔ Availability to work on-site (zona 14)
