- BLS Certification
- 18 years or older
- The ability to function in a fast paced work environment with excellent organizational, customer service, and prioritization skills required
- The ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide high quality care to patients

Under the direction of the practice manager provide efficient and appropriate assistance with patients.

- Support clinic workflow at the direction of supervisor
- Serve as a resource to patients and providers.
- Shadow staff in other areas of the healthcare system.
- Attend/participate in team meetings and weekly individual supervision.
- Document in a timely manner in the EHR
- Identify goals and demonstrate ability to apply feedback
- Behave in a professional manner
