Job Summary

Responsible for the delivery of highly professional counseling services with direct contact with patients experiencing chemical dependency problems and/or psychiatric independently within a professional setting.

Qualifications

Education

• Required
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage or Family Counseling

Experience:

• Preferred
  • One year of experience in Counseling

Certification/Licensure:

• Required
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with authorization of Practice in the State of Texas
  • Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) Certification
    • Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
• Preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
