Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing - Settlement in United States.
This role sits at the intersection of growth strategy, data-driven marketing, and cross-functional revenue execution within a complex, multi-segment environment. You will own revenue marketing for a key business segment spanning both B2B and emerging direct-to-consumer motions. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on experimentation, with responsibility for shaping acquisition channels, optimizing funnel performance, and translating insights into actionable growth strategies. You will operate in a highly data-informed and AI-augmented marketing environment, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations. The role is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys building from early-stage signals, and can influence revenue outcomes through both strategy and execution.
- Own and define multi-channel revenue marketing strategy across B2B and emerging D2C audiences, including prioritization of acquisition channels such as paid media, search, email, events, referrals, and social platforms.
- Design, launch, and iterate early-stage growth experiments to establish scalable consumer acquisition approaches, including messaging, channel validation, and CAC benchmarking.
- Analyze full-funnel performance across segments and channels, transforming data into strategic recommendations that influence marketing and revenue direction.
- Maintain a structured experimentation roadmap to ensure continuous learning and compounding insights over time.
- Partner closely with Sales to evaluate pipeline quality, conversion drivers, and objections, ensuring alignment between marketing activity and revenue outcomes.
- Oversee the quality and strategic use of AI-generated marketing outputs, defining governance and ensuring audience-fit and accuracy.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Marketing Operations to align messaging, improve automation, and strengthen marketing systems and reporting frameworks.
- 4–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing roles.
- Proven track record of improving pipeline quality and conversion rates, not solely focusing on lead volume growth.
- Experience working across both B2B and consumer or prosumer marketing environments.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot for reporting, workflows, and funnel analysis.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage, or rapidly evolving growth environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in proptech, fintech, marketplaces, or dual-sided/B2B2C models is a plus, as is exposure to product-led or community-led growth strategies.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $145,000 to $183,000 depending on location and experience, plus equity.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
- Flexible paid time off, including vacation, sick days, and scheduled company breaks.
- Generous parental leave policy and family-building financial support.
- Home office and wellness stipends to support remote work and well-being.
- Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) with employer contributions.
- Life and disability insurance coverage.
- Annual lifestyle stipend to support personal development and well-being.
