Position Requirements:

Minimum Education:

• Registered nurse with a valid Indiana State RN license

Minimum Experience:

• Strong OR & PACU experience required
• Basic Computer knowledge and skills.

Certifications Required:

• Healthcare Provider CPR certification. ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
