This role is a central operational pillar within a fast-paced, high-performance environment where digital launches are executed at scale. You will act as the main point of coordination across clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring that every project runs smoothly from planning to execution. The position requires strong ownership, as you will be responsible for anticipating risks, managing timelines, and maintaining alignment across multiple moving parts. You will operate in high-intensity launch phases where precision, speed, and communication are critical to success. Beyond coordination, you will actively contribute to improving processes, documentation, and overall delivery efficiency. This is a high-responsibility role where your ability to bring structure under pressure directly impacts the success of multi-million-euro projects.
Accountabilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications and ensuring clarity, trust, and alignment throughout project execution.
- Build, maintain, and optimize project timelines and retroplanning using project management tools such as Asana.
- Monitor deadlines closely, proactively identify risks, and coordinate rapid resolution of blockers across teams.
- Prioritize tasks and adjust plans in real time based on evolving project needs and launch dynamics.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Manage expectations on both client and agency sides, balancing satisfaction with operational feasibility.
- Coordinate and oversee external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement by developing SOPs, documentation, and post-mortem analyses after each launch.
- Proven experience in project management within the infopreneurial or digital launch ecosystem.
- Hands-on experience managing high-stakes projects, ideally involving revenue-driven online launches or campaigns.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Strong command of project management tools such as Asana, Slack, or equivalent platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain a strategic overview while managing operational details.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to manage client relationships in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-intensity environments, including during launch peaks and live events.
