• Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

• Overtime: Fridays, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM , Saturdays 6:30 AM - 12 PM(as needed)

Pay

$17.00 – $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
Plus Bi-Weekly Productivity & Performance Bonus

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator / Spray Insulation Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for accurately cutting materials to specification and applying spray insulation to truck and trailer bodies while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Mickey Truck Bodies is a premier manufacturer of state-of-the-art bodies and trailers, and specially engineered vehicles sold in over 50 countries around the world. The innovative product line-up is prevalent in industries such as food & beverage, vending, propane, rental trucks, emergency & rescue, battery, oil & natural gas, and data storage. The company operates in 4 states with over 400 Mickey employees at these locations.

• Operate band saws, cold saws, or similar equipment to cut material to required dimensions.

• Read and interpret work orders, cut lists, and basic blueprints.

• Accurately measure materials using a tape measure, reading to 1/16 of an inch.

• Set up saws, adjust stops, and verify measurements before cutting.

• Perform spray insulation application following established procedures and quality standards.

• Prepare surfaces for insulation, including cleaning and masking.

• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and consistency.

• Perform basic cleaning and routine maintenance of saw and insulation equipment.

• Safely handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds with the assistance of a cart or material-handling equipment.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 inch (required).

• Basic shop math and measurement skills.

• Manufacturing, saw operation, or spray insulation experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 pounds with assistance of a cart.

• Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and respirators as required.

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, fumes, insulation materials, and moving machinery.

• PPE is required at all times in designated areas.
