- Lead end-to-end program delivery for complex transformation initiatives, defining scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Conduct change impact assessments and translate findings into structured, actionable change management strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong program governance frameworks to ensure transparency on progress, risks, and decision-making.
- Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks while driving resolution strategies across cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting, providing clear insights into program health, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Influence and align diverse stakeholders across business and technical functions without direct authority.
- Apply structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) to support adoption and transformation success.
- Ensure program outcomes remain aligned with broader organizational goals and strategic priorities.
- 8+ years of experience in program management and change management within enterprise or large-scale organizational environments.
- Proven expertise in structured change management frameworks such as Prosci and Kotter.
- Strong experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis in complex environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage full program lifecycles, including planning, execution, governance, and risk management.
- Experience engaging with executive leadership, including preparing reports, insights, and decision-support materials.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across matrixed organizations.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments while maintaining structure, clarity, and delivery discipline.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation contexts is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with CAD/design software environments and global program delivery is considered a plus.
- Competitive hourly rate of 55 to 62 CAD per hour.
- Fully remote work arrangement within Canada.
