Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will act as a learning consultant, translating business needs into effective instructional strategies. The position requires a strong blend of instructional design expertise, adult learning knowledge, and hands-on development skills. You will play a key role in improving training effectiveness through digital learning tools, structured analysis, and continuous curriculum enhancement. - Conduct needs assessments and performance gap analyses to identify training requirements and recommend effective learning solutions
- Design, develop, and implement engaging instructional materials using the ADDIE model and adult learning principles
- Create e-learning courses, facilitation guides, job aids, and supporting training documentation using tools such as Articulate 360
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business stakeholders to align learning strategies with operational and organizational goals
- Test and validate course functionality within LMS platforms to ensure seamless learner access and delivery
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve curriculum based on feedback and evolving business needs
- Serve as a learning consultant to support process improvement, system changes, and organizational development initiatives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or training roles, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong expertise in the ADDIE model and adult learning theory
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, Review) and LMS platforms
- Experience designing and delivering system, process, or operational training programs
- Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional strategy development, and curriculum design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and learning technologies
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
