In this role, you will act as a senior technical and strategic partner at the intersection of sales, product, and customer success within a global hospitality technology environment. You will be responsible for translating complex customer needs into scalable, high-value solutions that leverage advanced SaaS and AI-driven hospitality platforms. Operating across the full sales and solution lifecycle, you will design demonstrations, lead proof-of-concept engagements, and shape tailored value propositions that directly influence revenue growth and customer success. This is a highly consultative position requiring strong technical depth, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders across global markets. You will also contribute to mentoring junior team members and representing innovative hospitality solutions in industry forums. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of tailored customer solutions across the sales lifecycle, ensuring strong alignment between product capabilities and client business needs while driving revenue impact and long-term customer success.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to develop compelling, value-driven solution proposals
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical and product configurations
- Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements for enterprise clients
- Support RFP responses and complex deal cycles with deep technical and domain expertise
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and architecture teams to address solution gaps and enhancement needs
- Guide solution design from discovery through implementation, ensuring continuity and customer alignment
- Manage complex customer initiatives requiring advanced technical and industry expertise
- Mentor junior solution engineers and contribute to team capability development
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, influencing decisions through technical credibility and business insight
You bring strong experience in solutions engineering or technical consulting within SaaS or enterprise technology environments, ideally with deep exposure to the hospitality or travel distribution industry. You are both technically strong and commercially aware, with the ability to influence stakeholders and design impactful solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or implementation consulting roles
- Strong background in SaaS platforms and enterprise-level solution design
- Experience in the hospitality, travel distribution, or related industries
- Proven ability to work closely with sales and account management teams on complex deals
- Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and enterprise software architecture
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data governance concepts (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities
- Ability to work across global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, hospitality, or related field preferred
