As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions that protect sensitive data while enabling seamless user experiences. You will work in a dynamic, distributed environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security frameworks and drive continuous improvement. The position combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning, allowing you to influence long-term IAM architecture. Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain IAM solutions, with a strong focus on SailPoint IdentityNow and related technologies
  • Lead the implementation of new connectors, enhancements, and integrations to improve identity lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define access models, profiles, and governance processes
  • Oversee IAM-related projects, providing technical leadership from planning through execution and delivery
  • Develop and refine provisioning, recertification, and workflow processes to enhance security and efficiency
  • Monitor IAM systems and services, troubleshooting issues and ensuring optimal performance and reliability
  • Produce metrics, reporting, and insights to support decision-making and compliance requirements
  • Recommend and implement security updates, patches, and improvements to strengthen the overall security posture
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
  • Research emerging IAM technologies and contribute to the strategic roadmap for future enhancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, including at least one year focused on IdentityNow
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and other IAM tools such as Okta or PAM solutions
  • Strong understanding of IAM methodologies, governance, and lifecycle management processes
  • Proficiency in scripting and technical tools such as JSON, Java, PowerShell, Postman, SQL, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT service management tools like ServiceNow is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment
  • IAM certifications (such as SailPoint IdentityNow certifications) are strongly preferred
