You will own key AI features from concept to production, working with real-world healthcare datasets while ensuring safety, reliability, and explainability. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end development of AI product features, including prototyping, validation, and production deployment.
- Translate complex AI models and technical constraints into actionable product solutions that meet clinical and business needs.
- Work hands-on with healthcare datasets, extracting insights, identifying data quality issues, and ensuring robust model performance.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, compliance, and clinical teams to create safe, reliable, and user-friendly AI solutions.
- Define product success metrics focused on real-world adoption, behavior change, and impact on users and the business.
- Continuously iterate on features using AI experimentation, prompt engineering, and advanced LLM workflows.
- Maintain awareness of the AI landscape, emerging technologies, and healthcare industry trends to inform product strategy.
Requirements:
- 47 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building and shipping AI/ML products.
- Technical fluency, ideally with a background in computer science, software engineering, or data science.
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of healthcare datasets and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategy into detailed product execution and rapid prototyping.
- Experience analyzing complex data, running SQL queries, inspecting JSON outputs, and debugging AI behavior.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
