In this role, you will lead and coordinate complex research and development programs, ensuring seamless collaboration across multiple teams and business units. You will manage end-to-end program delivery, develop roadmaps, mitigate risks, and provide strategic guidance to achieve key objectives. This position operates in a fast-paced, remote environment where strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. You will influence cross-functional teams, track performance metrics, and support process improvements to enhance program efficiency. Accountabilities:- Lead cross-functional R+D programs spanning multiple products, business units, and Agile Release Trains.
- Develop and maintain detailed program roadmaps, aligning scope, milestones, and timelines with stakeholders and release teams.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and initiate corrective actions to ensure objectives are met.
- Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, and delivery teams to support incremental delivery and requirement management.
- Facilitate adoption of software solutions by coordinating with implementations, migrations, and business teams.
- Communicate program status, results, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Support process improvements and optimize program management practices across the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 67 years of experience in program or project management with a mix of software delivery practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- SAFe Agilist (SA) certification or in-progress, and PMI/PMP certification or in-progress.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools.
- Experience analyzing data, developing insights, and making strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex programs, escalations, and risk mitigation in a dynamic environment.
