We are currently looking for a dedicated receiving supervisor to join our team!
Come help us distribute fun across the United States!
Hours of business: Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).
This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

The Receiving Supervisor plays a crucial role in verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures while managing a team. This includes unloading inspecting items for damage and organizing stock in the warehouse.
This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Essential Functions for Data Entry Assistant Including but not limited to:
• Supervise and provide direction to a team of receiving personnel, including performance evaluation, training, and workload distribution.
• Oversee the entire receiving process, from unloading delivery trucks, inspect all incoming merchandise for damage or discrepancies, and sign for delivered products.
• Ensure all receiving transactions are accurately recorded and filed, and that all paperwork is correctly processed for reconciliation and payment.
• Liaise with other departments (such as purchasing, production, and shipping) to ensure efficient and timely flow of goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize receiving processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Education:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related filed is a plus
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, receiving, or logistics role
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
• The ability to stand for long periods and lift and move heavy objects, often up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, and other relevant technology.
• Strong attention to detail, verbal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
