We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Mimbres, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patients residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

This patient is a Low Acuity patient, who will need 6 hours of care a day.

Schedule Needs: Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 6 hrs a day. Morning (anytime).

Youll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and the patients physicians.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

LPN Hourly Rate: Up to $35 an hour, based on experience.

RN Hour Rate: Up to $50 an hour, based on experience.
