About This Position
Full Job Description
Base pay- $18.00-20.00 hr
The CSR is responsible for building rapport and trust with Clients by delivering excellent service and clear constant communication. CSR (Customer Service Representatives) are responsible for accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple Customers. CSRs are also responsible for inbound and outbound documentation scheduling and order processing. As part of the Kogeo team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives and obligations to all customer and internal management. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Process and input all customer orders.
-Running and printing shipments from WMS (Synapse).
-Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
-Checking all orders for special requests
-Assure proper invoicing of accounts through customer activity reports. Furnish shipping and tracking information to customers as required
-Expediting any order as necessary, trace orders as required and notify customer of any activity concerning their merchandise.
-Maintain positive customer relationship by responding to all inquiries and complaints regarding invoices, shipments or inventory counts
-Follow up with other departments to ensure the service standards are being met.
-Maintain positive customer relationship by responding to all inquiries and complaints regarding invoices, shipments or inventory counts
-Provide clerical support services as required by customer: generating custom reports and responding to specific needs
-Act as liaison between the warehouse and customer in the administration of customer accounts.
-Handles returned merchandise in an efficient manner and assure proper credit is given to the customer.
-Responsible for scheduling inbounds and outbounds.
-Perform other duties as assignment by management
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
-Education and/or Experience
-Must have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
-3 year experience in Customer Service related capacity in a 3PL
-Skills
-Intermediate computer skills
-Proficient with MS Office Applications
-WMS functions (Synapse)
-Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplish job task in a timely manner.
-Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
-Ability to multi-task
-organized
-Must be able to effectively adapt to change
Language Skills
-English (reading, writing, verbal)
-Fluent in Mandarin
-Business writing proficiency
-Bilingual English & Mandarin
