• Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 to $95,000 per year (Based on experience).

• Location: Phoenix (Ahwatukee), AZ.

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

• Project Scope: Industrial Warehouses, Manufacturing, and Big Box Retail.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

You will serve as a strategic force in our pre-construction phase, utilizing your technical expertise to secure high-stakes commercial masonry projects. This role empowers you to manage complex bids for industry giants while leveraging the support of a firm that provides elite technology and field resources. You will have the autonomy to shape our regional footprint and the stability of working with a team that values precision and professional growth.

• Execute detailed digital takeoffs using On-Center or similar software to ensure precise material and labor forecasting.

• Analyze project blueprints and specifications for industrial warehouses and manufacturing facilities to identify potential logistical challenges.

• Formulate competitive and accurate bid proposals that align with company profit margins and strict project timelines.

• Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with General Contractors to expand our footprint in the big box retail sector.

• Coordinate with the field leadership team to ensure estimated project costs align with real-world site conditions and production rates.

• Maintain a high standard of project transparency by documenting all bid iterations and client communications.

• Proven experience in commercial masonry estimating with a deep understanding of industry-specific labor and material costs.

• Proficiency in professional takeoff software, specifically On-Center or an equivalent digital estimation platform.

• Strong ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings for large-scale industrial projects.

• Willingness to travel to various project assignments as required to support our Southeast regional operations.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in masonry estimation or a related commercial construction leadership role.

• Established local General Contractor relationships within the Phoenix market or the Southeast region.

• Advanced knowledge of estimating for specialized masonry installations in big box retail environments.

• Company truck provided or an $800 monthly truck allowance plus a gas card.
