Now Hiring Summer Warehouse Associates!
Looking for a fun and fast-paced summer job outside of the office? Frank Beverage Group, in Middleton, WI is now hiring for Summer Warehouse Associates. Warehouse Associate's are responsible for accurately selecting and building customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position ensures product accuracy, maintains warehouse organization, follows safety standards, and supports overall operational efficiency to meet customer delivery timelines.
Schedule
This is a part-time seasonal position.
The schedule for this position is Monday - Thursday, 3pm - 9pm.
Compensation
$18/hour
Requirements:Key Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and verify beer products accurately using voice-picking systems and warehouse scanners.
- Build stable pallets that meet company safety and quality standards.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) and complete required inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area, including handling breakage, debris, and empty pallets.
- Report damaged product, inventory discrepancies, or unsafe conditions to supervision.
- Assist with loading, replenishment, and other warehouse duties as needed, including cross-training in different areas.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with supervisors and coworkers.
- Basic computer and hand-held scanner proficiency.
- Ability to read and interpret pick documents and warehouse instructions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) preferred.
