The Role:
As a Residential Outbound Sales Representative, you will engage homeowners, educating them on competitive energy supply programs and enrolling them in our client’s services. This is a fast-paced role focused on building rapport and closing residential sales.

What You’ll Do:

• Drive Revenue: Make high-volume outbound calls to residential prospects.
• Consultative Selling: Explain energy supply options simply and enroll them onto our client’s services.
• Close Deals: Hit daily/weekly sales targets to maximize your weekly commission.
• Manage Leads: Utilize CRM tools to track your performance.

What You Bring:

• Sales Motivation: Experience in cold calling, door-to-door, or telephone sales is preferred (but we will train the right motivated individual).
• Communication Skills: A friendly, energetic phone presence.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance, particularly in your first 30 days.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable maneuvering through multiple computer screens.
