Position Title: Lead Therapist - Rehab Services West Loop

Day Shift, Full Time

Compensation: $85K – $105K

Position Summary

The Lead Therapist position is a leadership role within the Rehabilitation department, requiring a combination of clinical expertise and strong leadership skills. The role involves overseeing a team of physical therapists, developing treatment plans and ensuring high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new hires in your clinic

• Ensure employee files are complete and up to date

• Conduct weekly, biweekly, monthly staff meetings

• Relay and enforce instructions given by leadership to office staff

• Ensure the clinic follows all standard operating procedures and adheres to infection control standards

• Confirm hand hygiene is completed monthly

• Provide mentorship, training, and supervision to ensure highest level of patient care

Qualifications

Active PT, OT, or SLP license

2+ year employee with SAH

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a team are crucial.
