Position Title: FileCloud Administrator
Location: Des Moines, IA
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience administering Amazon Web Services infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience supporting AWS-based VDI solutions such as Amazon WorkSpaces, Citrix, or VMware Horizon.
• Experience administering FileCloud or similar tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive, or Citrix ShareFile.
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Linux system administration.
• Experience with cloud migration, server builds, environment setup, and data migration projects.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure, networking, storage, and application performance issues.
• Experience with deployment automation, patching, upgrades, and production support.
• Knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, security groups, and monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, storage, IT security, and distributed cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support end users, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
