Job Summary:

The Clinical Operations Field Manager will be responsible for executing the Woodhouse med spa playbook at the location level, serving as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring each spa launches and operates medical services with confidence, consistency, and strong performance, and fully aligned with the Woodhouse luxury brand experience. This role blends clinical operational execution, franchise support, and performance management.

The ideal candidate brings experience in multi-unit clinical or med spa operations, thrives in a franchise environment, and is energized by building something new while protecting brand standards and franchisee investment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Launch & New Service Implementation

  • Support franchisees through readiness assessments, launch planning, and go-live execution
  • Lead virtual and on-site support for new med spa service launches, ensuring teams are fully prepared for day one and beyond
  • Execute structured training and onboarding programs for spa managers, estheticians, and injectors
  • Partner with franchisees and spa leaders to ensure readiness across staffing, service flow, and guest experience
  • Serve as the primary field resource during launch periods, reinforcing confidence and clarity for teams

Playbook Execution & Operational Consistency

  • Bring the Woodhouse Med Spa playbook to life by translating strategy into clear, actionable execution at the spa level
  • Ensure consistency in consultation flow, treatment planning, service delivery, and rebooking behaviors
  • Conduct clinical audits and operational troubleshooting, and identify gaps in execution and provide real-time coaching and solutions
  • Partner with marketing and other departments as needed to ensure consistent messaging, tools and execution during launch and beyond
  • Maintain alignment with brand standards while integrating medical services seamlessly into the Woodhouse experience

Performance Coaching & Business Growth

  • Coach spa teams on key performance drivers including rebooking, treatment planning, membership conversion, and retail attachment
  • Use KPIs and reporting tools to identify opportunities and guide performance improvement
  • Support spa managers in building accountability structures, daily huddles, and goal tracking
  • Reinforce a strong sales and service mindset across providers and front-of-house teams
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with clinical standards, documentation, and regulatory requirements
  • Support identification and intervention for underperforming or at-risk med spa operations

Field Support & Relationship Building

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with franchisees, spa managers, and providers
  • Act as a go-to resource for questions related to med spa operations, workflows, and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners across operations, training, marketing, etc.
  • Provide feedback from the field to continuously refine and evolve the playbook; identify trends, risks, and best practices; continuously refine protocols, tools, and standards to improve results

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

  • 3+ years of experience in multi-unit, franchise clinical operations, med spa operations, healthcare operations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in med spa or clinical service environments.
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales drivers and operational KPIs
  • Proven ability to train, coach and develop teams
  • Willingness to travel regularly for onsite support
  • Comfortable working in a field-based, fast-paced environment with travel
  • A strong coach and communicator who can influence and build trust quickly
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
  • Confident using KPIs and data to drive performance and accountability
  • A self-starter who thrives in building something new and evolving
  • Passion for clinical excellence, guest experience, and brand integrity

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This role requires physical strength to stand on feet for long hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000 annually, commensurate on experience. This role is bonus-eligible and is based on company and individual performance; all bonuses are subject to board and CEO approval.
