Part-time Medical Assistant in Winfield, Illinois at PODIATRY SERVICE COMPANY LLC

Must have the ability multitask and to be able to handle a fast paced, but fun work environment and travel to our other locations in the area as needed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Recording medical history and vitals
• Rooming patients
• Assisting physicians with minor in-office medical procedures
• Scheduling testing procedures such as MRI's
• Scheduling patients with other physician offices
• Pre-certifications
• Clean and maintain instruments
• Cleaning treatment rooms
• Communicating patient needs with physicians
• Assisting physician with charting
• Trimming toenails
• Returning patient phone calls
• Some receptionist duties such as answering phones and making patient appointments
• Surgery scheduling
• Administrative duties
• Other Duties as assigned
