Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Assistant interested in working in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for commission reporting for three departments
- Create reporting daily reporting and disseminate to three internal departments and as well as partner agencies
- Responsible for Sales/Service onboarding processes
- Provide support to licensing coordinator
- Provide support to sales and customer service teams for monthly reporting
- Assist with office procedures and operations, providing support to visitors
- Liaising with facility vendors
- Coordinate with IT department for office equipment
- Conduct regular inventory of office equipment and supplies
- Provide support for sales and service commission reporting
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team oriented attitude
- Ability to work in office M-F

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith compensation range estimate is being provided. The salary range for this position is $19 - 20 per hour. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
