• Assist with preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC systems (filters, coils, belts, etc.)
• Work alongside experienced technicians to learn troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Support with larger or more complex repairs that require a team effort
• Build real, hands-on skills that turn into a long-term career

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation to and from our Production Service Center in Gastonia
• Ability to work at heights (ladders, rooftops, lifts)
• Willingness to work outdoors in all conditions
• Safety-minded (steel/composite toe boots required)
• Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
• No experience required — just the right attitude
