About This Position

Description:

The Brand Image Specialist is responsible for supporting the visual standards and brand compliance of branded fuel locations working with Tiger. This role monitors brand image performance, coordinates with major oil company representatives, and helps ensure locations meet required image program standards. The Brand Image Specialist plays an important role in maintaining the quality, consistency, and reputation of the Tiger Family of Brands across all branded sites. Review each branded location’s mystery shop results and determine the appropriate course of action, including:

  • Accepting results as satisfactory
  • Initiating a standard appeal
  • Recommending an on-site visit that may lead to a CURE appeal
  • Measure and track overall progress on average quarterly scores for each brand
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement across locations
  • Communicate regularly with major oil company brand representatives regarding site-specific image issues
  • Maintain professional working relationships with brand partners and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate promptly with the Vice President, Wholesale Sales regarding issues that require escalation or additional support
  • Maintain current knowledge of each major oil company’s image program requirements and standards
  • Stay informed of program updates, policy changes, and compliance expectations
  • Provide guidance and clarification to internal teams and site operators as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret standards, policies, and performance metrics
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
  • Professional judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and reporting tools
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

**This position requires regular travel to branded fuel locations as needed (up to 40% of work time is on the road) to support brand image compliance and site evaluations. Employees are compensated for all company-related travel through mileage reimbursement when using a personal vehicle, in accordance with company policy.
