Our Electrical Technicians will play a crucial role in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving electrical issues, ensuring the comfort and safety of our customers.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: Potential Earnings: $80,000 - $130,000 + annually (uncapped commission + overtime eligible)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 4:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Run on average 3-4 residential service calls and 1-2 installs daily
• Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix electrical and mechanical issues.
• Repair major residential electrical wiring components, assemblies, and systems.
• Inspect electrical components during and after installation.
• Perform residential electrical installations ensuring all work meets code and company standards
• Utilize skills in conduit bending, wire pulling, etc.
• Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe actions and conditions.
• Present solutions based and pricing to residential customers based on their needs.
• Contribute to our culture of excellence by delivering work with a First-Time Fix approach, backed by reliable systems, quality tools, and continuous learning.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Other duties as assigned

• 2+ years of residential service electrical experience
• Comfort presenting options to homeowners; training provided for consultative sales
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, including 120/240V wiring
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop electrical schematics and diagrams
• Experience with or understanding of home generator systems is a plus
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
• Physically capable of standing, sitting, moving, squatting, and walking for the duration of shifts
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
